I've been using this for many years and it's an indispensable item. I've been using it for over 10 years now. When I use it in the bathroom, it leaves my skin feeling moisturized and I can't live without it.
I used to use Chacott, but compared to this, I feel that this is more watery and refreshing than Chacott. I'm afraid of friction, so if I put a lot on the cotton, it drips. The cleansing power is okay. I don't dislike it, but I won't be buying it again.
I really like how it doesn't dry out or leave a sticky feeling after wiping it off! It also removes makeup well.
It's easy to use because it has a pump. Just press the cotton head and the liquid will come out, which is very convenient. In the cold winter months, I often cleanse my face indoors, so I use this product. When I wipe my neck and décolleté, I'm often surprised at how much dirt there is on my hands. I also use it when I want to clean my hands in the middle of applying makeup.
I keep this on hand as a cleanser for when I'm tired! I was also using a water cleanser from another company, but this one has more organic ingredients and is gentler on the skin and less likely to irritate it! It's a cleanser I trust.
