I wear makeup about three times a week and have been using this for about two months. I use mascara primer and mascara, but it seems to come off fairly well without the need for a remover. It doesn't make my skin feel tight right after washing, but it does make it feel a little tight after, which is a bit of a concern for me as I have dry skin in the coming winter. Overall, it felt good to use.
I bought the limited edition mini size for when I go out. It melts with the warmth of my hands, blends well with makeup, and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing, so I think it's great. However, I'm concerned that I need to take my time rinsing it to make sure it's completely removed.
It was easy to use and removed my makeup well, but I didn't notice much effect on my dark spots.
I feel like it removes blackheads. However, maybe my pores are too open, but after washing, black residue remains in the pores around my cheeks. It would be better if it was more emulsified. Other than that, there are no particular issues!
I feel like this is the level of makeup removal that a balm should have. It has a melting texture when you put it in your hands, and it feels gentle on the skin. No need for a second face wash, and it leaves your skin nice and moisturized after washing. I also liked the scent. However, I didn't feel it was very effective on the pores, which is the main issue.
