If you push it once after washing your hands, you can smell a nice citrus scent. It's not particularly moisturizing, but I think other brands of hand lotions are about the same. I think that using a moisturizer like this after washing your hands will help keep them cleaner than not protecting them at all. I like the blue bottle and the scent, so I'll give it 4 stars.
I got this in a previous lucky bag. If it wasn't in the lucky bag, I wouldn't have bought it. Because 4000 yen for 200ml is expensive. 4000 yen for hand cream (ヾノ. ∀. `) No way! It's light to use. It doesn't feel sticky. It's quite refreshing. So it doesn't feel very moisturizing. The scent is nice.

It's a clean, refreshing and pleasant scent. ■Texture: It's a lotion, so it's light. But I feel like it's absorbed into the skin quickly. ■Paraben-free: I have to use it up quickly - the person sitting next to me also liked the scent, so we both use it.
