The finish is nice and silky, but for me it doesn't seem to be moisturizing enough, and my lips felt dry after about an hour. It's a shame, because the finish is so silky and cute.
I bought this as a base before applying lipstick. It's a light gloss that's not sticky, but it moisturizes, so it feels good to use. I didn't notice much of a plumping effect. It's cheap, but the volume is small, so I don't think I need this. I think it's good for people who want something small and easy to carry around.
