Since it is not suitable for my face, I tried using it as a hand cream, but it was not moisturizing enough, and the back of my hand cracked and bled on the second day of use, which was a pity. However, I did not get any bumps, stinging, or itching, so I think it is hypoallergenic and safe. It is intended for children, so I think it would be a very good cream for children and young people with skin, but it was too much for dry old woman skin like mine (T_T)
