I bought this because the number of days I feel dry has increased since winter arrived. A small amount spreads well and my skin no longer feels tight. I also feel like my skin has become softer.
I saw it on social media and was intrigued, so I bought it at a drugstore! Unlike Albion's pre-lotion, the container says to apply it to your hands instead of cotton. The texture is lighter and smoother than Albion's lotion. It has no scent. When I applied it, my skin felt moisturized and plump. If I used it at night, my skin felt moisturized until I woke up in the morning, and if I used it in the morning, my skin felt moisturized until the evening! It says to use two pumps, but I felt that my base makeup was easily ruined if I used it in the morning, so I only use it at night and use a different introductory serum in the morning. It has moisturizing power, but I couldn't really tell if it made the lotion absorb better afterwards.
This is great!! I can't find anything bad about it!! I have normal skin that is on the dry side, and every winter, if I don't apply Futaamine cream, my skin would be dry (just one step away from being dry) when I wake up in the morning, but this year, with just this, my skin stays moisturized until morning, which is great. I use this as a regular lotion at the end of my skincare routine, not as a pre-lotion. I feel like I don't need any other moisturizers if I have this. The pump type is easy to use and great, and the texture is a smooth liquid that reminds me of old sunscreens, so it's easy to apply. I've used a lot of different lotions depending on my mood, but I think I'll settle on this one for a while.
