It also seems that it really doesn't go well with sunscreen or primer, and if it doesn't suit me it can become very uneven, make my skin look dry, and become flaky, which I personally find difficult to use. I get quite depressed if my base makeup doesn't go well, so I haven't really reached for it. Rather than patting it on with a sponge multiple times, is it better to spread it on the palm of your hand and apply it all over your face in one go like you're doing your skincare? I think the key is to get it blended in as few times as possible! Also, if you have oil on your face, it might not apply well.
