Botanic Cleansing Oil, 150ml

The citrus scent is soothing. The texture is light for an oil, so it glides on easily and spreads quickly. It does remove some makeup, but I had to use a point remover to remove waterproof mascara and tint. I have sensitive skin that is prone to dryness, so I can't say it's good value for money, but I feel safe using it, so I'll keep using it.

I used a sample. The ginger scent was strong, and I felt a tingling sensation, then my eyes started swelling, so I think the ginger was too irritating. I've never had any irritation with other Shu oil cleansers, so it's a shame.

People with very sensitive skin should avoid this product! I have had problems with all skin care products that claim to be for sensitive skin. This product also caused problems. I received a sample when I purchased the Black Cleansing product, so I thought I'd give it a try, and it did help. My skin was red and tingly for a while. The scent and feel were very good.
