I use it on my hair twice a day, once after shampooing and once after towel drying. It significantly reduces the dryness when I wake up in the morning. It's easy to use and doesn't feel sticky. I think the scent is a little strong for me, but it lingers just right in the morning. Next time I'd like to try a different scent.
