Recently, my skin has been really dry, and when I apply BB cream, it makes my skin float, which has been bothering me. Come to think of it, I read somewhere on social media that the reason for the float is that the ingredients are not right for the skin, causing it to reject the product and become bald. So I was looking for a BB cream that would be gentle on the skin, and I came across this! I was attracted by the phrases "moisturizing, smooth, and skin beauty oil," and it's really gentle to use, and I didn't feel any stress or damage to my skin, yet it covers the color well without feeling like it's been applied thickly, which I really like! I also thought the simple packaging was eco-friendly; plastic packaging often causes cuts on the corners, so I felt that this was gentle from the start, and I could sense the maker's consideration, which made me want to try other series as well♪
It contains pearl, but it's not too shiny, just a little glossy when you look closely, so it's easy to use. I usually buy standard skin tones, but this one blends in too much with my skin, so I'd be happy if it was a little brighter.
I've loved the Maikohan series since I was young. I've used a lot of BB creams, but since Maikohan released this one, this is the best. Sometimes I want to try other ones, but I always come back to this one. It doesn't look thick, but it has good coverage, spreads well, and most of all, I like that it has a faint, pleasant scent while you're wearing it. You don't notice any scent after you've finished applying it. You only need a small amount, so it lasts a long time. I don't really care about makeup retention, so I'm not sure. It says pearl beige, but I don't feel any pearly feeling. It does have a glossy finish. It used to be sold at variety stores, but I haven't seen it recently, so I buy it online. It takes a long time to use up one bottle, so I'm always worried that it might be out of stock when I buy it next, so I'm giving it one star less.
I bought it because I was attracted by the nice packaging, but it didn't suit me. I applied it after my usual skin care routine, but it left my skin feeling dirty. (Dry skin. Wrinkles are more noticeable. Makes me feel like I'm wearing makeup. ) It might be better to try it out with a tester to see if it moisturizes well.
I was looking for a BB cream that I could use quickly, and this one had good reviews, so I bought it. It has a glossy finish, but it's not thick and thin, which I like. I can't hide the dark circles under my eyes, so I use Visee's concealer.
