I think it removes basic makeup. I recommend removing mascara with remover first. It was easy to use and didn't leave any tightness.

To be honest, I don't know if it's effective on my pores, but there is little friction and no tight feeling, so if it continues to work, I'll buy it again.
I've been using this cleanser from Shell Couleur for the past few years! After cleansing, you can wipe it off with a tissue to get a pack effect, so it's very easy to use and very helpful for me, as I have dry skin that easily feels tight. However, be careful as it stings your eyes when you sweat.
