I bought the trial size. The shampoo lathered well and didn't make my hair squeaky. The conditioner was also nice and moisturizing. It had a slight scent, but it wasn't unpleasant, so I personally prefer no scent, which is why I gave it this rating.
I've been using this product many times. It calms down my frizzy hair.
I have dry hair, but it's moisturized. The scent isn't too strong, so I can use it anytime. I especially like the shampoo. They also sell refills, so I plan to keep buying them. I wish there were more places to go.
I bought a sample pouch and used it. Since I have short hair, I was able to use one packet twice. To be honest, it's neither good nor bad. It's moisturizing, but I didn't find anything particularly good about it.

The conditioner is as smooth as a milky lotion, so I thought it would be good because it would be less likely to have trouble with the pump not coming out when you're almost done. My hair is moisturized and doesn't feel sticky, so it can be washed off easily. Even after drying, my hair was smooth and moisturized. There was no roughness at all, so I was convinced that it was made for damaged hair. What surprised me was that when I smelled my hair after drying it, it wasn't very strong. I get nauseous when I go to bed, so this relieved that stress. The feel was very good, so I'm going to buy the actual product.
