For oily skin that is prone to shininess, and oily dry skin that is concerned about shininess and dryness. Blends in with moisture, balances moisture and oil, and gives you skin that doesn't have to worry about makeup coming off. Refines texture and makes pores less noticeable. This is a lotion that I want to use in the summer. I don't have oily skin, but when it's this hot, I can't let go of a lotion that tightens my skin. It has a refreshing feel and you can use it generously, which is nice. If you apply this product immediately after washing your face, you will be soothed by the refreshing green floral scent. I purchased the actual product, but One by Kose's products are a mixture of products with and without refills, and this one is not. The price is also reasonable, so I think I will buy it again while it's still hot. I don't use cotton, but apply it directly to my hands.

I bought this specifically for the T-zone. Using this makes a huge difference in how long my makeup lasts. It has a strong ethanol smell, so if you don't like that, be careful. It's expensive, so I wish it was a little cheaper. I'd like to switch to something else if there's an alternative.
I found the strong ethanol smell bothersome. I don't have a lot of sebum so I don't think I need it. I think it would be good for people with sebum problems.
