I used a urea cream because the sides of my fingernails were white, dry, and hard, but the urea didn't suit me, and my palms were rough and bumpy, which bothered me. It was beauty day, so I bought this to try it out, and after two nights (using moisturizing gloves), the rough bumps were gone. I was worried about it for a long time, so I'm happy that it's gone. The smell is a bit unique, like Eucerin? A compress?, but it goes away quickly. The whiteness on my fingertips hasn't improved yet, so I'd like to continue using it.
I bought this because I thought it would be effective against rough skin, as it is called "Medicated". I get severe rough skin during the change of seasons and when there is cedar pollen, but perhaps because it contains anti-inflammatory agents, I can use it without worrying about itching or rough skin. I thought it would be a thick cream, but it spreads well and feels like a thin veil is creeping over my hands. My hands feel moist and smooth after application. This is a perfect product for people who do wet work. I don't like products that contain fragrances, so I'm glad that there is no scent. I will definitely buy this product again!
It's moisturizing but not sticky. It has a gentle, not too strong scent.
I liked the moisturizing effect at the beginning of autumn, but in the middle of winter, the moisturizing effect was not enough, and the skin around my nails became dry and wrinkled. I was worried about wrinkles on my fingers. It's not sticky after application and has no scent, so I can use it at work, and it's medicated and good value for money! It's perfect, but it seems to have been too harsh on my rough, aging hands.
I work in a dry workplace where I often touch paper, so in the winter my palms and fingertips get rough and get caught in knitwear all the time. That's really stressful. I tried using this, and although it didn't completely improve my rough hands, the urea cream couldn't help, but it did help a little. I'm sure it would get better if I used something more expensive, but if I just want to get through the winter, I think this is enough considering the cost performance.
