Honestly, it was easy to use. I think it's a convenient product when you're lazy. But maybe only when you're lazy (lol) It might make your hair a little rough. But if you use a treatment you have on hand, you can manage it!
It's an all-in-one product, but it doesn't squeak.
I bought it because I thought it might be a good time saver. Is the finish a bit rough? It's ok if you use it occasionally.
I think it cleans better than the rinse-in-shampoos sold at drugstores, but I'm not sure if it's worth the price.
I used the small trial size. I was worried about the dryness of the product, but I liked the foam and scent.
