I bought two because I like the non-sticky blur effect! The color retention is not the best, but it's okay. But I like the stylish color of 3CE's eyeshadow and blush!
The color is so cute. It has a glossy look at first glance, but over time it becomes a soft matte finish. It's a strange lip color. I tend to have dry lips, but this one is matte and doesn't feel dry or peeling. I want to get other colors too.

I felt that this was the longest-lasting tint I have ever purchased. I plan to purchase a different color next time.
All 3CE products are great and this tint is really good.
