How To Use

This is my third purchase. I find it extremely useful as it relieves stiff shoulders and back pain in the winter. It's also great for massaging your neck, hands, and feet, and is soothing to use before bed. However, it's quite oily, so I don't recommend using it on your face. It's definitely meant for the body.

This smooth balm has a lovely scent. I use it together with the massage roller from the same brand. The balm spreads better than it looks, and it absorbs quickly into the skin with massage. It has a nice scent and a slight warming sensation, making it perfect for use before bed. I'd like to continue using the balm to see how it works!

It has a spicy scent, and although it's solid, you can warm it up with your hands and spread it out, so it might be good for traveling. I always bring oil with me when I travel, so...

After reading the reviews, I thought this would be effective for the tired feet I get every day from standing at work! I bought it. I love the spicy aroma of lavender and ginger. While I'm not sure if it has immediate effects on stiff shoulders or other conditions, it may be pleasant to massage smoothly. The scent is strong, so it may be noticeable depending on the area or location you apply it to, so you may need to be careful depending on your physical condition. I think I'll use it for toenail and heel care.
