Return & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, most items sold on SuzyKirei are not eligible for return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind or personal preference

Shipping delays caused by weather, customs, or carriers

Products that have been opened, used, or are not in original sealed packaging

Sale items or items purchased using a promo code
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and assist you.
Return Eligibility (Exception Cases Only)
Returns are accepted only for items that are confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. To be eligible:
- A return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact

Return Shipping
Approved returns must be shipped back to Japan. Return shipping fees and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions after your return request is approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, we recommend placing a new order separately for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
- Refunds apply to the product price only
- Original shipping fees, currency conversion fees, payment processing fees, and direct shipping costs are non-refundable (including orders that qualified for free shipping)
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
