Shipping Rates
All orders are sourced, packed, and shipped directly from Japan. We ship internationally to most countries worldwide via Japan Post. If your country is available for selection at checkout, we are able to ship to your location.
We offer flat-rate international shipping worldwide:
- $10 USD flat-rate tracked shipping on all international orders
- Free shipping on orders over $60 USD — applied automatically, no code needed
- Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase
- Tracking is included with every order
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping via EMS (Express Mail Service) may be available. Please contact us before placing your order and we will check the rates for you. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Once your order is placed, our team begins sourcing your items immediately within Japan.

- All orders are shipped via Japan Post, Japan's national postal service

- 5-7 business days: China, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam
- 8-10 business days: Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom
- 11-14 business days: Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Denmark, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, Peru, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States
- 15-17 business days: Argentina, Brazil, Ghana, Hungary, Iran, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka

Restricted Items
Certain items cannot be shipped internationally by air due to shipping regulations. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Sunscreen sprays
- Perfumes
- Aerosol sprays
- Flammable or pressurised products
If any item in your order cannot be shipped due to international shipping restrictions or regulatory changes:
- That item will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for it
- You will only be charged for items that can be successfully shipped
- No substitutions will be made without your consent
- No unexpected or additional charges will apply
Frequently Asked Questions
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. Please keep an eye on your tracking updates to avoid missed deliveries. Once your parcel leaves Japan, it will be handled by your country's customs and local postal services — for any delivery queries after that point, please contact your local postal service directly with your tracking number.
What does it mean if an item says [Backordered]?
Items marked as [Backordered] are available for purchase, but stock availability is not guaranteed as they may have already sold out across our suppliers. Our team will do their best to source the item for you. If we are unable to secure it, that item will be cancelled from your order at no charge and you will be notified via email.
I accidentally placed a wrong order. Can I make changes?
Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help. However, as our team begins sourcing your items right away, we are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been placed. Our policy does not allow for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges after an order is confirmed, so we strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before checking out.
I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched. However, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun, and we are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Please double-check your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
Will I be charged import duties or taxes?
Depending on your country and order value, your local customs authority may apply import duties or taxes upon arrival. This is common in countries such as the UK, EU member states, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, and India, among others. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.
What should I do if my order is lost or stuck in customs or transit?
If your tracking has not updated in an unusually long time or shows no movement, please first check whether you have received any notices from your local customs or postal service — missed delivery slips and customs notifications are a common reason for delays, and parcels are often held at a local facility waiting for collection or clearance.
You can use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email to follow up directly with your local postal service. If your local postal service is unable to assist, please reach out to us and we will liaise with Japan Post on your behalf to investigate.
Please note that the majority of transit delays occur on the destination country's end, and are outside of our control. We are also unable to take responsibility for theft or loss caused by local postal services.
What happens if my parcel is not collected and returned to Japan?
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed or missed collection, please contact us to arrange redelivery. An additional handling fee of US$15 plus re-shipping charges will apply.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to monitor their tracking and get in touch with us in the event of a return. Returned items that are not claimed within 30 days of being returned to us will be disposed of and we will be unable to offer a refund or reshipment after this point.
