How To Use

For each area, take a 500 yen coin-sized amount in your hand, warm it in your palms, and then massage it in. It blends well with my skin and I like the scent. Using the brush to massage it in relieves swelling and makes my legs feel more comfortable. I've only just started using it, so I'll update my review in a month.

As others have said, some people find the blend quite strong, so I recommend trying it out before purchasing. It gives off a spicy scent, and I personally notice a strong black pepper and juniper aroma. I mainly use it on my feet, and perhaps thanks to the juniper, I've noticed an effect on swelling. Even if my feet are swollen from sitting for long periods of time, massaging them thoroughly with the oil after a bath leaves them feeling refreshed the next morning. I use it with the spray cap for the oil (sold separately). It's convenient, but personally, I find the dropper easier to use.

I used it along with a body brush to combat swelling during pregnancy. First of all, the scent is quite strong. I recommend trying it out before purchasing. It's difficult to get the product out of the bottle, so I used a dispenser (sold separately). It's easy to use and doesn't drip, so I'm glad I could get it out with one hand. I'm not sure about the shaping effect because I was pregnant. It didn't seem to be very effective in combating swelling either.

It has a herbal scent, so some people may like it and others may not. It has a light texture. I've only been using it for about two weeks, so I'm not sure about the effects yet, but I plan to use it for a while. The container is a glass bottle, so I think it will break if I'm not careful when handling it.

I chose this product from a wedding gift catalog. After ordering, I saw various opinions about the scent in Suzykirei reviews, so I smelled it as soon as it arrived. It's supposed to be herbal, but it has a strong, medicinal scent. I used about half of it and got used to it. Using this to massage my legs before bed while listening to soothing music makes me feel like I'm at a beauty salon...♪ However, the scent is still strong, so if I want to give my nose a break, I'll use a different oil. If you're particular about scent, I recommend checking the scent in-store before purchasing. It's a soft oil, so it's easy to overdo it or spill it. I wish it had an inner lid like Kneipp's oils. It spreads easily and only a small amount is needed. It provides a thorough massage, but it's not sticky and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. I haven't noticed any slimming effects on my legs yet. It's supposed to have a warming effect from the ginger, but I didn't notice any noticeable effects. I can use it in the summer too.
