How To Use

Take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand and apply once or twice a day. <How to apply> (1) Cleanse your hands and the area to be applied before application. I have both the unscented cream and the scented milk. Texture: The cream is viscous, the milk is less viscous (the cream has more oil). Difficult part: After it dries, it leaves residue when you rub it. () Solution: Don't apply it too thickly. As per the Avène website, spread it on your palm and apply it with a stamp, then blend it in quickly. When using it on your face, wet your skin with a mist lotion and then apply a thin layer of cream the size of a pearl, which leaves it smooth and moisturized. (In addition to this Moist Skin Barrier series, there is also the "NT Fluid" cream and milk. If you are using it on your face and want to use it before makeup, this smoother version might be better.)

I purchased this product with the intention of using it as a facial lotion or cream. I was considering the milk type, but the milk type had a very strong smell (the small amount I picked up at the store had a persistent scent), so I chose the cream type, which seems to be fragrance-free. It's wonderful that it's completely non-irritating. Another deciding factor for me was that it's mineral oil-free, a product for sensitive, dry skin. Mineral oil causes breakouts in places I normally don't, but when my skin is weak, it can cause redness, rash, swelling, and stinging pain. It's a slimy, gooey cream. It couldn't be used as a pre-makeup skincare product because it caused my makeup to smudge. I use it on my body. It's fragrance-free, but I feel like it has a subtle, sweet scent that's not unpleasant. I don't think I'll repurchase it.

Before the packaging change, I used the 400ml bottle. It still spreads easily and leaves skin moisturized for a long time. I know it's not a medicine, but Trixera can cure minor skin problems. It's truly amazing. It soothes itching and pain. (It stings a little, though) It's worth the price. I recommend anyone with skin problems to try it at least once. You won't want to let it go!

I apply it all over my body after a bath to moisturize, but despite its emulsion-like texture, it doesn't spread very well and tends to be uneven. It's fine if you spread it carefully and take your time to let it soak in, but I'm a lazy person, so for those who want to apply it quickly, it might be a bit of a hassle.
