How To Use

The appropriate amount of UV primer is about the size of a pearl. Too little can cause sunburn, and too much can cause smudging. Take a small amount in the upper half of your palms and rub them together gently before use.

I use Lancôme liquid foundation. When I was looking at colors at a department store, I was recommended UV Expert Tone Up Rose as a base, so I bought it. I bought the 50mg jumbo size, but by the time I finished the second bottle, I got tired of it, so I bought the jumbo size Clear N and used about half of it. It's a comparison, but I felt that Rose was a better match with the foundation and a base that brought out the foundation. I'll probably continue using Lancôme foundation for a while longer, so next I'll go back to UV Expert Tone Up Rose. If you're having trouble deciding, I definitely recommend Rose.

If you apply this, your skin will hardly be damaged even if you stay outside for a long time.

The price has been rising continuously, so I considered switching to another manufacturer and tried out samples, but I haven't found any other UV protection products that spread as easily and are as moisturizing as this one, so I think I'll keep buying it for a while.

I think I've been using this for over 10 years. At first, I used the gray-tinted one for many years, but now I've been using the clear one repeatedly because it doesn't break down in the summer and it feels light on the skin. I haven't tried any other clear primers for a while, so I don't know for sure, but when I first came across it, I was so impressed by how well it lasted and didn't clog pores that I couldn't use anything else. I haven't tried any other primers for summer in a while, so I'm still a bit worried, but I haven't had any trouble with it at all, so I bought it again this month before the price went up. It's been 10 years, so I wonder if there are other good products out there, but I'm not dissatisfied enough to try them all. Recently, there's an official shop on Rakuten, which is a relief.
