It's not a spray type, but it's easy to apply. It has a soft scent when you apply it, so I usually apply it to my wrists, collarbone, and neck, but it can also be applied to hair, so I recommend it because it smells nice when you apply it to your hair!

After a bath, I lightly apply it to my arms, neck, and the ends of my hair. The subtle scent lingers, helping me relax, and it also leaves my skin feeling moisturized, killing two birds with one stone. Prism Lily has a mild, universally appealing scent, so it makes a great gift. Even when I apply it in the morning, it's not as strong as perfume, so it doesn't make me sick.

I bought this because the glitter was cute. The scent is too weak to use as a fragrance substitute. When applied to the skin, the glitter is barely noticeable, and I found both the scent and the glitter to be lacking.

The subtle sparkle of the glitter is also great for grown-up women, as it's easy to use and I love applying it mainly to my décolleté and arms.
