It's a lip balm, but it does give a strong color. It has a sweet, faint vanilla scent, but it's not too strong. As for the color retention, I don't feel like it comes off too easily. At this time of year, it hardens and is difficult to apply first thing in the morning, and the color doesn't seem to stick very well, but once it melts a bit, it becomes easier to apply. I don't find this moisturizing enough on its own, so I layer Lancôme Glass on top. The color is pretty, so I'm considering repurchasing it when I run out.

With winter approaching, my lips have become noticeably dry and cracked, but I wanted to wear makeup again after the pandemic ended, so I was looking for a tinted lip protector. This is a really cute color. It's sheer, but that's fine. After applying it, I can just layer other colors with gloss or something, so it doesn't interfere with the rest of my makeup. It glides on smoothly and smoothly, and yet it has a luxurious feel. Lipsticks often come in plastic cases with flapping lids, but this one makes me want to take good care of it. (Addendum: However, if I apply it directly afterwards, my lips turn purple, just like they did after I got out of the cold pool at school in elementary school. It looks really unhealthy. I think that's because I'm 61 years old. lol So I have to be more creative when applying different products. A pale, subtle pink is very difficult to achieve at my age.

It's smooth to use and doesn't leave any uneven color. I decided on 06 immediately because it made my skin look brighter. It didn't dry out my lips or cause any peeling.
