How To Use

Use as a base for eyebrow mascara. Apply by combing from the base of your eyebrows to the tips with a brush. If using with a pencil or powder eyebrow product, use this product after the first. If the brush is starting to lose some of its makeup, rotate the brush to soak up the liquid on the side of the container. After use, close the cap tightly. We recommend using a point makeup remover to remove it.
