How To Use

Hold the tapered part and pull out the tip. Turn the part indicated by the arrow to reveal the tip sponge. 1. Pencil: Draw each eyebrow hair one by one to the end. The oval tip makes it hard to break and easy to draw thinly. 2. Powder: Apply lightly along the brow line. Gives a fluffy finish that won't come off! 3.
