How To Use

At the end of your morning skincare routine, take an appropriate amount (about the size of two pearls) in your hand and spread it evenly over your entire face. Also use it daily on your neck, backs of your hands, etc. *Reapply frequently, such as after sweating or drying your skin with a towel.

I used it as a sunscreen. I didn't notice any makeup primer effect and it didn't tone up my skin, so it didn't interfere with my base makeup, which was great. It spreads well, so I didn't have to worry about leaving any areas unapplied. However, it does dry out my skin, so I think I'll stop using it during the winter.

It's more like a light cream than a sunscreen, but it might be a little drying in the winter.

It doesn't leave a white cast and is easy to use.

It's easy to use. The soft texture spreads easily and doesn't interfere with subsequent makeup. The sticky feeling disappears over time and becomes smooth. It's great for days spent at home because you don't need to apply powder on top. The best part is that it doesn't flake! I've tried both this [W Protect UV Bright+] and the other [W Protect UV Plus], and neither of them left any flakes. I tend to have trouble with flakes from sunscreen and primers, so I feel comfortable using this.

[Blue light blocking is appealing] I usually use KANEBO's Cream in Day lotion when I'm at home, but I was running out of it, and I personally found Cream in Day a bit sticky, and I was always concerned about blue light, so I decided to try this one. Using this UV serum as my lotion alone can feel drying (the instructions said to use it at the end of your skincare routine, so I was using it incorrectly). But using something in between doesn't dry my skin out, and it's not sticky at all, so I like it. (It doesn't make my skin white, either.) It doesn't smudge even when I apply makeup directly, so I think it's perfect for this season.
