For your body, dispense a line directly from the container onto your skin and then use your palms to blend evenly. Using too little will result in insufficient UV protection. Reapply as needed after sweating or wiping with a towel. To remove, lather your regular cleanser well with a body towel and rinse thoroughly. ◇Be careful not to get it in your eyes.
