This mild toner is fragrance-free, colorant-free, and mineral oil-free, and contains soy milk isoflavones. This moisturizing toner for sensitive skin gently caresses sensitive skin, leaving it healthy and smooth. Its hypoallergenic formula refines texture, protects against dryness, and prevents rough skin. It contains high-purity soy milk isoflavones (moisturizing ingredients), ceramide NG (moisturizing ingredients), and dipotassium glycyrrhizate (moisturizing ingredients). Nameraka Honpo has continued its research into isoflavones, and has succeeded in purifying high-purity isoflavones from soy milk extracted from domestically grown whole soybeans, Fukuyutaka.
