I received this from Suzykirei! Thank you! I received it as a gift and it was my first time using the introductory essence. At first I wondered if I should apply a treatment before shampooing, but after using it, I found it to be very comfortable and I'm hooked. When I use this, my hair feels smoother and easier to run my fingers through. I also feel like it's become more manageable. The scent is sweet, which I like. I'd like to buy it again when I run out.

My hair is thin and average length, uncolored, permed, and prone to dryness and frizz. I hope this helps. I don't use this shampoo/conditioner from this line, but I use Bycarte, and it leaves a great finish. I apply it to wet hair before shampooing, leave it for about five minutes, and then follow up with my usual hair care routine. The next day, my hair feels bouncy and hydrated. It feels just like I just came out of the salon. The serum itself has the texture of a regular treatment. The scent is also soothing, reminiscent of a salon treatment. I have a perm, and it seems to give my hair a slightly nicer curl. It's also good value for money, so it's a strong candidate for repeat purchase. I also like how it pairs well with the shampoo/conditioner I already have.

I'm using it instead of my after-bath treatment. I felt that the effect was almost the same as a hair milk type. Since it doesn't coat the surface of the hair, it seems less likely to cause build-up. My hair remains soft to the touch, but it feels a little stronger. I'm still not sure how much to use, and having to wait five minutes is a bit of a hassle, but I'm going to give it a try.

In addition to age-related dryness, my hair was also dry from highlights and using a hair iron, but since I started using this introductory treatment, shampoo, and conditioner twice a week, the quality of my hair has really changed.
