How To Use

Take an appropriate amount (about the size of two pearls) in your hand and gently blend it into your skin. For best results, apply more to areas that are particularly prone to dryness, such as your fingertips and the back of your hands, and blend it in thoroughly.

When my hands get too rough, some hand creams hurt when I apply them, but this one doesn't hurt, and I also like that it's fragrance-free. It's not too sticky, which is nice. I feel like my hands are a little less rough.

I bought a set of two for the price of one. It's very sticky, so it might not be suitable for people who want to apply it to the palms and fingertips of their hands. It keeps the skin moisturized, but it didn't have any effect on easing dryness or reducing wrinkles.

It's odorless and sticky, so it's easy to use. It contains heparinoids, so I recommend it for people who are prone to dry skin. I apply it every day to keep my skin from drying out.

To be honest, I thought all the Hirudoid-like products you could buy at the pharmacy were "Hirumid," advertised by Ren Nagase, and I had no idea about "Karte HD." "Karte HD" was jointly developed by Maruho, which also produces the pharmaceutical Hirudoid, and KOSE, while "Hirumid" is a completely separate company... They even went to court... Of course, there are probably still many people who share the same perception. Now, after using it for a while, I agree with the reviews that say it's sticky, but also agree with the reviews that say it's not sticky. It feels like you're wrapped in a thin veil of moisture. I don't find it too sticky, and I like the feeling of being moisturized! However, even after applying it to my hands for a while, it does leave a faint oily residue when I touch something. This doesn't happen if I wait more than 10 minutes, but some people might find it bothersome. It's good for moisturizing before bed, but some people may find the slight stickiness irritating in between housework or work... Since it contains heparin and has very rich moisturizing properties, I recommend using it intensively after housework or work, or before going to bed, rather than using it in between tasks. I don't care whether it has fragrance or not, but this one is fragrance-free, so it's great that I can use it easily on the train, etc. ◎ Since I started using it, the dryness of my hands has gradually decreased. It really isn't like the fake hand creams you get at your local general store... I'll make full use of it and do my best to protect my hands.
