I would definitely recommend this to people with fair skin and summer undertones. It's a slightly whitish pink, but it doesn't make your complexion look bad, it actually brightens it up!! It also hides blemishes or freckles on your lips. It's neither matte nor glossy, so if you want a glossy finish, I recommend applying gloss.
