STEP 1: Use the fluffy sponge at the tip to carefully apply Liposils EX directly along the base of your upper and lower lashes. STEP 2: Use the brush to comb the product from the base of your upper and lower lashes to the tips. It can also be used as a base for mascara. Use after washing your face and before applying lotion.
