It's a cream, but not oily at all, and the soft texture is irresistible! This highlighter has both the benefits of glitter and glow, giving you a radiant glow that seems to come from within! It's inexpensive, but the finish doesn't look cheap, so I'm very satisfied.

I bought this because I'm a cool-toned summer skin type and love a shimmering highlighter for semi-matte skin. Simply take a little with your finger and place it where you want it, and it creates a beautiful glow. Since it's a shimmering highlighter, it seems like it would work well for point application. While the name says it's "soft," it's surprisingly smooth, so it spreads easily on the cheeks, which is great. The pink was more nuanced than I expected, so it blends well whether I apply it on my nose or layer it over my blush. Since I'm fair-skinned, pink highlighters can sometimes make the pink stand out so much that it almost feels like blush, but this one doesn't, so it's really easy to use. It's small and easy to use, so I'd like to repurchase it when I run out.

It's easy to adjust and creates a nice glow. It won't get dirty or smudge even when you're outside for a long time. However, it may get into pores a little easily, so be careful. With this finish at this price, and four colors to choose from, it's definitely worth having!
