Medicated skin care effects prevent acne and rough skin. Formulated with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory active ingredients to prevent acne and rough skin. Prevents skin problems that only powder can provide. Powder covers the skin, covering pores and preventing skin problems such as stuffiness and chafing caused by masks (quasi-drug).

How To Use
◆Put an appropriate amount onto the puff and apply evenly to your skin, focusing on areas such as the T-zone where shine and stickiness are a concern. ◆You can use it directly on your skin or over makeup. Applying a generous amount of powder to the bridge of your nose and cheeks will leave your skin feeling smooth and reduce friction caused by wearing a mask. *Can be removed with facial cleanser. *Use a sufficient amount to ensure effective sunscreen. *Always keep the puff clean.

I bought this as a makeup touch-up and sunscreen powder. It's a quasi-drug, so it's effective against rough skin, and I think it's great that it has high SPF and PA. However, the powder is too dark, and it looks off on my skin, so I couldn't use it to my satisfaction. I think it's better for people with darker skin tones. I wish it came in a variety of colors. The included puff is thin and difficult to apply properly, so I recommend buying a different puff.
*I've raised my rating. See the "Addendum" for details. I was looking for a UV powder for the summer, so I bought this one. I haven't used it yet, but I bought it because it was the best price. It was also inexpensive. There was a clear version, but it didn't say "UV" on the packaging, so I passed it up. When I got home and opened it, I was impressed by its small size. It doesn't take up much space in my purse, and I think I'll be able to use it all up! Let's try it out! Hmm... After using it a few times, I'll just say that it didn't quite suit me. It's a bit drying, the color is too strong whether I use it with a puff or a brush, and the coarse particles are noticeable. (I have slightly fair skin, with a 1st spring and 2nd summer skin tone.) If it wasn't great as a powder, I tried using it after my primer, thinking it might work as a foundation substitute, but it just didn't feel right. I don't want to throw away the one I just bought, but I'm not sure how to use it properly. "Addendum" I'm raising my rating. ★2 → → ★4 I tried using it again later with a no-foundation makeup look. I used CEZANNE's Tone Up UV (Pink) as my base. Incidentally, when I wrote the review above, I tried using the Media base and Gracie's yellow Smooth Honpo UV emulsion, but the pink seemed to be the best solution for me. I covered up the problem areas with concealer, then lightly applied ACMEDICA with a puff without using BB cream or foundation...and wow. Surprisingly (←sorry), it turned out beautifully. It doesn't have high coverage, but it's better than loose powder. I sprayed the Keep Mist onto a sponge and patted it into place, and the powderiness wasn't noticeable. The color is still a little darker, but it looks much more natural than before. After that, I put on a mask and went out. When I got home and checked, it had gotten on my nose and cheeks. Hmm...? What's the point of the mist?
I have dull, yellow skin. I bought this to touch up my makeup while I'm out and about. It's compact, so it's just the right size to carry around. However, the puff is also compact and doesn't have a handle, so it might be easier to remove. It's smooth and doesn't pack too much color, so it blends in well with my dull skin without being too white or too dark. It doesn't make my skin look shiny. I use it to control shine. Unfortunately, the pore coverage isn't effective on my sagging pores. It has SPF50+ PA++++, but it's light, so I'm not confident about its UV protection. Unless it's raining, I think it's best to use other sun protection. I like that it's fragrance-free. It's not a main product, but I think it's good for touch-ups.
I usually use cushion foundation and face powder, or mineral foundation, but this one has medicated skincare benefits that prevent acne, dry skin, and other skin problems like sweat and chafing, plus it offers sunscreen and is reasonably priced, so I bought and tried it out. I apply this alone after applying primer or sunscreen. It doesn't cover light blemishes or acne scars on its own, but it does blur pores. It doesn't come off cleanly, and it fades away with a glossy finish. I'm starting to think this might be enough on its own, since I wear a mask at work. However, it does get on my mask quite a bit, so I'm thinking about buying the clear version and layering it on top. If I could be greedy, I'd like it to come in a brighter color.
Recently, I've been prone to acne in my U-zone, especially my chin, and the inflammation has left my chin red. I usually use Allie's No Foundation UV and powder as the base for my work makeup, but I've switched to mineral cosmetics primer and Acmedica powder only on the acne-prone areas. First, I apply it to the acne scars with my finger, then take some powder on a puff and pat it all over the area around the scars. It only lightens the acne scars a little, but it does cover the redness on my chin. Since the product alone tends to crease easily, I also apply a thin layer of mineral cosmetics primer. The color may be a little dark for fair-skinned people. I had given up on covering it up because I was worried that foundation would make it worse and because I wear masks, but I'm happy to be able to cover it up while still taking care of my skin. I can use it without feeling guilty, and not having redness on my skin makes a huge difference.
