"WT-01 Transparent Highlight (Transparent Type)" is a matte white highlighter. It's a really easy-to-use highlighter for summer types who prefer matte shades, and it makes skin look cooler, especially in the summer. However, there are even better products out there these days. Visee Avant's matte white eyeshadow has a smoother, more matte finish.

My impression is that the color is very cute. This is the first time I've purchased blush.
