Avene Thermal Spring Water, 150g

I've been using Avène since I was in high school. I have sensitive, dry skin due to atopic dermatitis, and a friend recommended Avène to me, so that's how I started using it. When I was younger, I could get by with just this one bottle and not have dry skin. Now that I'm almost 50, I haven't used it for a while, but with the dryness this winter, I've been feeling like I want to apply lotion first after taking a bath, so I recently bought it again. It's a spray type, so it's easy to use! I think there are about three sizes. The smallest type is easy to carry around. If I had to say one bad thing about it, it would be that it's a spray type, so it can be a pain on garbage day. Lol

This is a French-made hot spring water mist spray. I'm sure everyone has tried it at least once. When I was a student, the keep-mist sprays available today weren't available, so I often used it on my face during the hot summer months. My body gets very dry in the winter, so I use it morning and night before applying body cream. It's a spray type, so it's easy to use. My dryness is better than when I don't use it. I also found that applying it to my scalp after a bath before drying my hair helped improve my dandruff.

This is a staple product in our home. Whenever I have skin problems, I always say, "Spray Avène on me." Also, if I use Avène when applying a cotton pack, as per Chizu Saeki's method, my skin becomes incredibly beautiful. It's quite a luxurious way to use it. Recently, it has become possible to spray Avène by turning the can upside down, so I can spray it on my back and use it to treat heat rash. I definitely recommend this spray.

It's easy to use, just spray it on! It's great for using on the body too! Personally, I prefer the La Roche-Posay spray type.
