I've been using this product since I was a teenager and have been buying it repeatedly. It was later revamped to be fragrance-free, which I remember feeling a bit sad about, but I'm glad it's fragrance-free, as it's actually very easy to use. It's a moisturizing cream that can be used on the face, hands, and whole body. I suffered from acne when I was a teenager. Slathering on a generous amount of Zahne Cream before going to bed really calms me down, and I believe Zahne Cream saved me from acne. It can also be used simply as a moisturizing cream, as its soft texture makes it gentle on slightly rough or dry areas, so I always make sure to keep it on hand.

I was able to use it on various dry areas. My hands, elbows, and legs were cracked, so I applied it for a few days and they were moisturized and smooth again. In the fall and winter, I refilled it into a small container and kept it handy so I could use it on my face, which is very convenient.

I bought this because I was concerned about dryness around my ears. When I applied it, it spread well without being sticky and I was able to use it on the problem areas. It will be useful during the winter.

I always apply it to my hands, neck, elbows, and knees because I'm concerned about dryness! It contains paraffin, so I don't use it on my face. When I was suffering from angular cheilitis on both sides of my face, I applied Zahne Cream diligently throughout the day, and it cleared up in just one day! I was reminded of how moisturizing it is!

I've been really into hand care lately, so I've bought a few hand creams. I was surprised at how effective this Sahne was. It almost made me wonder if I even needed my previous hand creams. My hands became smooth and plump after just one use. Hand creams from status cosmetic brands leave an elegant finish, so I usually use Sahne and like to use a special hand cream about three days before going out.
