It's neither good nor bad. I like the liquid type because it's sweat-resistant, as I have thin eyebrows, but it didn't make me think, "This is amazing! I want to buy it again!"

I bought this for the pool. Good points: It draws a natural look. It still held up well after I got out of the pool.
