What are my shipping options?

To ensure that your order find its way to you with care, we ship from Tokyo and we use Japan Post, renowned for its reliability and global reach.

We offer a range of shipping methods: 

  • Standard Airmail: This is the most cost-effective option for those who are able to wait and do not require tracking. Delivery is estimated to take 3-4 weeks, depending on your proximity to Japan.

  • Expedited Airmail: For those who prefer peace of mind, this option includes tracking (available for an additional $4). Estimated delivery falls between 5-15 business days, depending on your proximity to Japan.

  • Express Delivery (EMS): This is the fastest delivery option and also comes with tracking options (additional $4). Delivery estimates are 2-12 business days depending on your proximity to Japan.

How much is shipping?

Iinternational shipping can feel complex and expensive. That's why we partner with the national carrier and we do not do any mark ups on shipping fee.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, ensuring you only pay for the precise weight of your order. We utilize 1kg intervals (up to 5kg) to optimize on your international shipping fee.

For orders exceeding 5kg, we offer two convenient options:

  • Split Your Order: Simply divide your order into smaller packages to take advantage of our optimized weight tiers.
  • Special Delivery: If you require a single shipment for larger orders, feel free to contact us for a special arrangement.

When will my order be dispatched?

Once your order is placed, we will curate your selections within 3-4 business days.

In the rare instance that an item is unavailable due to low stock or discontinuation, we'll personally reach out to you. We'll either present you with suitable alternatives that might suit your needs, or promptly issue a full refund for the out-of-stock item.

When will my order arrive?

Please refer to this chart for delivery estimates. While we provide estimated arrival times based on Japan Post's guidelines, please remember that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise. These might include customs clearance procedures in your destination country or adverse weather conditions.

Are there items that cannot be delivered?

Yes, due to international airmail regulations, certain items cannot be delivered. This includes sunscreens, nail polish, aerosol sprays, hair tonics, and any flammable products.
