Extend the stick about 5mm and apply evenly to the skin, fitting it directly to the skin. For more effective use, reapply frequently, approximately every 2-3 hours. Reapply after sweating or wiping with a towel. After use, retract the stick all the way to the mouth of the container before putting on the cap. To remove, lather up soap or other cleanser well and wash thoroughly. <Precautions> Use with caution to ensure that no skin abnormalities occur.
