When applied, the powder, initially solidified in a pencil shape, breaks apart, creating a soft, powdery finish. The 1.5mm x 3mm oval tip makes it easy to draw even the finest brow ends. Using the thin side of the tip, you can add individual hairs like with an ultra-fine pencil, or use the wider side to draw a soft, fluffy brow like with a powder brush. Blending with the included brush spreads the powder evenly for a fluffy brow. Waterproof formula resistant to sebum, sweat, and rubbing.
