Spread a small amount onto your palm and apply it to the ends of your hair and other areas that are damaged. Can be used on both towel-dried and dry hair. [Recommended amount (number of pumps)] Short hair: 1-2 pumps Medium hair: 2-3 pumps Long hair: 3-4 pumps Adjust the amount used depending on the amount of hair and the degree of damage.
