After washing your face, take about three pumps' worth onto a cotton pad (soft side), place it on five points on your face (forehead, both cheeks, nose, and chin), and then spread it over your entire face. [Precautions for use] The container has an inner bag system (inner pouch) so that you can use the contents to the very end. As you use it, the inner bag will shrink and push out the contents. Do not remove the pump. If you open it midway, or if only air comes out, tighten it securely and pump again until the contents come out.
