How To Use

Scalp Care Shampoo: Apply to thoroughly wet scalp and hair. Dispense an appropriate amount into the palm of your hand, massage into your scalp, and rinse thoroughly. Scalp & Hair Treatment: Apply after shampooing, lightly draining the hair. Dispense an appropriate amount (about the size of a ping-pong ball) into the palm of your hand, and massage thoroughly into your scalp and hair. Rinse thoroughly. Repair Hair Oil: As a hair oil, dispense an appropriate amount into the palm of your hand and apply to dry or towel-dried hair. Rub well, focusing on the ends and areas prone to dryness. As a scalp oil, apply to a dry scalp before shampooing. Part your hair and apply an appropriate amount directly to your scalp. Massage in with the pads of your fingers. After massaging, rinse thoroughly. We recommend shampooing and using a treatment afterwards. Core Balance Oil: Apply morning and night to your skin after washing your face. Shake well, then dispense an appropriate amount (3-4 drops) into your hands and warm it by placing your palms together. Take a deep, slow breath to savour the scent, then massage it into your entire face. Core Balance Toning Lotion N: Use morning and night after Core Balance Oil. Take an appropriate amount (about the size of a 500 yen coin) into your palm or onto a cotton pad and gently massage it in, starting from the center of your face and working outwards. Finally, gently press your palms together to envelop your entire face. Advanced Day Cream: Use at the end of your morning skincare routine. Dispense an appropriate amount (about the size of a pearl) into your palm and gently massage it into your entire face. Phyto Sleeping Cream: Take an appropriate amount (about the size of a pearl) into your palm and place your hands together to melt the cream with your body heat. Gently press your palms together to envelop your entire face and massage it in.
