I received this as a gift and it was so good I bought it. I have sensitive skin and acne tends to get worse quickly, but this product helped it heal faster and not get worse.

I bought this during an official VT sale. It's a garlic patch with dissolving needles. Even though it has needles, I didn't feel any tingling or pain. There's no garlic smell, so don't worry. I stuck it on my acne and went to sleep. The next morning, it wasn't completely cured, but it had calmed down a little, which I was happy about. The needles also dissolved properly!
