It's a thick, heavy cream. However, I highly recommend it to anyone who is concerned about aging or who is suffering from dry winter skin! It keeps your skin moisturized until the next morning, but it's not sticky at all, and it's comfortable to use. After using it for a month and a half, my skin feels a little firmer! I bought it hoping for rice power. I haven't finished it yet, but I've already bought a refill. I'm not sure about the effectiveness yet, but it feels good to use. I used it in the morning before applying makeup, and it didn't ruin my makeup, maybe because it's winter. I also like that it has a place to stand the spatula. I wonder if they can do something about the wrinkles.

I bought it with high expectations because it's the highest concentration Rice Power No. 11+ in Kose's history. I've been using it morning and night for about two weeks, and it seems like my skin has become smoother somehow. It's like a cream, but it's actually a serum. However, it doesn't spread as well as a serum, and it's more like a light cream. It might not be reliable for those with dry skin in the winter as a cream. I add another cream on top of this before going to bed. It's not heavy, so I can use it before makeup. I don't mind the scent, but it might be a bit too strong for those who prefer unscented products. I always find the spatula too much to handle, so I'm glad there's a section where I can properly set it.

I bought this because I was interested in the active ingredient Rice Power No. 11, and it's a wrinkle-fighting serum recommended by my favorite actress, Mariko Ohno. It has a fairly thick texture that leaves skin feeling firm and highly moisturizing, making it my favorite. I think it's perfect for the winter season.

Rice Power No. 11 + wrinkle improvement and improved moisture retention! This serum alone is amazing, but using it with The Repair Lotion and The Repair Emulsion was amazing. The lotion and emulsion contain niacinamide and Rice Power No. 7-A, so it's no surprise that using them together would be beneficial. However, I feel that this serum also fulfills its role well when combined with other lotions and creams I already have, which contain other ingredients. Surprisingly, all the products in the The Repair series are non-irritating and quickly restore skin, no matter how rough it is, so I find them extremely useful, and looking back over the past few years, I don't think anything has surpassed my encounter with The Repair series!
