I bought this at my parents' house for the whole family to use. It's great because it's gentle on everyone's skin and can be used on any skin type, but the foam is soft and unreliable, and even using the refill is still not cost-effective, so I've come to the conclusion that maybe I don't need this one.

It's great that you can wash your face without having to lather it up every time. It's especially great for busy mornings because it's easy to use. The cleansing power seems to be just average.
