How To Use

Take an appropriate amount of High Sealer onto the dedicated puff. Gently pat the product onto areas where you want to create a glossy, three-dimensional look or remove dullness. The dedicated puff can be used on both ends, facing up and down.

I bought this for touch-ups. It has good coverage. My skin tone is slightly light to medium, but I felt that it was about two shades whiter than the foundation I usually wear, which is quite a bit whiter. I get the impression that it's more suited to people with lighter skin tones. It seems like it would work well on the wings of the nose and the center of the lips. Even though it says to use it with your fingers, the puff is very small. Naturally, it only fits one finger, so those with poor dexterity might find it frustrating. Also, the package is surprisingly large, so I don't think it's suitable for travel.

I apply a little under my eyes as a finishing touch to the cushion to brighten the area around my eyes. The liquid tends to be quite sticky, so I think you only need to remove a little. It's not too watery, so it doesn't smudge the foundation underneath, but it also spreads well, so it's surprisingly good when you want to brighten your eyes a little, as it can be applied more lightly than concealer.
