How To Use

Step 1: Pre-wash with lukewarm water before applying the shampoo. Lightly remove dirt, dust, styling products, etc. from your hair and scalp, and thoroughly wet your hair to prevent friction between strands. Step 2: Take an amount about the size of a 500 yen coin* in your hand, spread it in your palm, lather lightly, and spread it over your entire hair. Use the pads of your fingers to incorporate air into the lather, and gently envelop your hair as you wash. It is important to lather generously to prevent friction on your hair, which can cause damage. With a focus on the lifting effect, shampoo while massaging in zigzag motions, lifting your scalp. Massage with your fingers in circular and zigzag motions. *Adjust the amount according to the level of dirt and the length and volume of your hair. If any shampoo remains, it can cause dandruff and itching, so be careful not to use too much.

I usually use La Casta's Curly Hair Mask 11 and Enrich Glow. I found out they had trial products, so I bought it to try it on hair damaged by coloring. I plan to use it after my next coloring. I'd also like to try other trial products.

I bought this at the Cosme Kitchen store. I stopped by after getting my hair colored at the salon and was looking at La Casta's deep mask. The sales associate mentioned that after coloring, hair tends to become alkaline. Washing with No. 16 for about a week can restore the alkaline state and prolong color retention, so I purchased the trial set. The trial set was used for a week after coloring, and the amount was enough for two washes (two weeks' worth) after coloring. It felt pleasant to wash with, but I didn't notice any difference in color retention compared to other shampoos. An AI analysis of all the ingredients revealed that the ingredients weren't particularly likely to prolong color retention, and the cleansing ingredients seemed a little strong. While I don't take everything at face value, the AI analysis showed that Plus Au, which I've been using recently, is better for color retention. There are other dedicated products (from other manufacturers) for restoring hair's alkalinity, and hematin seems to be effective, so I'll try those in the future. So, I probably won't be buying it again.

I love this shampoo and use it all the time.

16 I've been cheating on this with other brands for a while, but I finally used this one. It lathers well, has a nice scent, and I really like it. I've hardly used other types, so I'd like to try them.
